Class of 2023 Vaccine Requirements

Parents of CCHS and CECHS upcoming Seniors c/o 2023

The North Carolina Department of Public Health changed the 12 th grade entry vaccine requirements to add a second dose of the Meningococcal vaccine. This became effective in the 20-21 school year. Your child may receive this vaccine at a local health department or your own healthcare provider’s office. An updated vaccine record or proof of the vaccine must be received by your School Nurse no later than their 30^th calendar day to avoid any interruption in instruction. (9/20/22 for CECHS and 10/7/22 for CCHS) Please schedule your appointment now to avoid any delays. Thank you!
