Driver Education sign-up will be Monday, October 26th, at 7:30 a.m.
All classes are held Monday-Thursdays (NO Fridays) from 3:30 to 6:30 pm at Camden County High School. Students must reside in Camden County and be 14.5 years of age before the 1st day of class. An evening of everyone coming together for our seniors, for Reese, for our school, and for our community. It was about showing up, caring for one another, putting others first, and reminding everyone what it truly means to be a Bruin.
Next week, October 26th through October 30th, we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week! Each day, we will have a special spirit day to remind everyone to make healthy choices.
Monday: Pajama Day! Dream big and stay drug-free!
Tuesday: Wear Red! Get ready to be drug-free!
Wednesday: Wear Neon! We’re too bright for drugs!
Thursday: Wear your Halloween costume! Say “Boo” to drugs!
Friday: Parent/Teacher Conference Day. There will be no regular student attendance.

The Camden Blue Machine continue their winning ways with their 2026 Competition Show "Pictures of US" at Saturdays Panther Band Classic at Pasquotank High School.
In class 3A the band took home 2nd place Color Guard, 1st Place Drum Major, 1st Place Percussion and 2nd Place Overall in class. The Percussion Section, was the 2nd highest of the day regardless of class and a 17 point lead ahead of our nearest in class competition.
The band was noted by several directors and staff members of other groups as having a very mature and creative show design. More importantly the band was acknowledge by an area administrator for how well our students supported and encouraged the students from other schools and programs.

The Camden Blue Machine opened their competition season with a great showing at the Tidewater Music Games held this weekend at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex.
We were the only NC band competing in a tough class with some large schools from the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg area. The band finished 2nd overall in their class and our visual ensemble color guard was the second highest of the entire day out of all groups.
We continue our contest season this Saturday at Hickory High School in Chesapeake. We are up against a large class including Perquimans HS. We’d love to have a huge cheering section. We perform at 4:30
